Update to PharmD_KS Indicator Script

FYI if you use the TradingView PharmD_KS Indicator (linked in each plan) there has been an update. If you remove the indicator (from each applicable layout) refresh, and add the indicator back it will automatically update.

The most recent change is the addition of the 5-min opening range plotting with the low/high/mid as it will hopefully add a nice visual as we develop our early bias in accordance with the starter kit discussion.

Also, the last update had the option to include the labels (my comments) for each level. Not many people were aware of this change and I personally wasn’t using it. Therefore I’ll likely limit my description of each level in the plan to actionable items only (monitor for LBAF/LAAF, reclaim can rotate to xxxx etc).

You can toggle off either of these features.
