There have been numerous requests for a more formalized and intensive opportunity to learn more about how I trade and the first part of this will be available in the coming days. For this initial launch the material will be available only to paid members of the Substack as a portion of this content will be interactive within a designated room of the discord. I would consider this launch to be somewhere between a primer and an intermediate course in Trading Doggy Style.
I have been fully transparent with my approach to pricing and content with the Substack and the same will be true with this course launch. A decent recap of the pricing approach for the Substack can be seen Here.
Those that were early subscribers to the Substack got in at an $18/month or $180/year price point, locked in for life as long as they remain subscribed. They took a chance on me when content was much more limited and now reap the rewards of early adoption as content and value has expanded exponentially. The same will be true of early students for this course, and the first group in particular.
Registration will soon become available for this first group and here is what to expect:
This first group will receive a significant discount to where the course will be priced for general launch. Additionally, this first group will have the added benefit of semi-private interactive sessions with me to discuss the content. I do this for reasons that will benefit both the early adopters and the quality of the course moving forward. As with the Substack, I am determined to deliver outsized value with this course. This first group will help me to identify common questions, points of confusion, or gaps in the material. I will then have the opportunity to add to the content, which they will of course receive, and it will then benefit the value proposition for future students as well. Once again, I align the incentives of the author with the subscribers.
What this format will look like:
The format will be a set of videos that students will have access to watch forever. This may be expanded after feedback from the initial group to include some written text, pictures, etc. The first group (and possibly future groups depending on feedback) will have access to a private discord room for a few weeks (or more if needed) where they will be able to interact with me directly. Depending on the size of the group we may do voice chats and screen shares on top of the text channel to solidify concepts and discuss content expansion. Based on the feedback and intensive work with this first group, the format moving forward could be expanded. Given my obsession for delivering outstanding value I fully expect the course content to double between this introductory launch and the general launch. As with the Substack the course will be initially priced at an absurdly low price point, which will increase as the content is expanded. These initial students will also be the first to have access to the advanced Trading Doggy Style section to be released later in Q1/Q2.
What you will and will NOT learn in this course:
This course is not intended as a pure beginner course for those previously uninitiated to trading. Therefore, it does not include exhaustive and boring lectures on endless technical indicators and patterns. It is not intended to make one an expert on any single aspect of technical trading. Instead, my goal is to teach how I take the most useful aspects of various trading techniques and apply them to my own process in reading price. I additionally seek to share how I think, not just what I think. While some discussion of foundational principles is included, the broad focus is on the application of these concepts into a combined approach to identify high probability, high reward trade setups and understand when that trade thesis has been invalidated. This, I believe, is what differentiates this course from others. Other courses or books may spend hours on basic concepts that are foundationally helpful, but truly provide zero value in terms of allowing one to develop an actionable trade thesis for themselves in the future. There are plenty of books and videos (many free) on market profile, market structure, volume profile, price action, technical analysis, etc. Most of you have probably spent hundreds of hours on these. Having that knowledge is great, comprehending it is better. Having an ability to analyze, apply, and rapidly synthesize market generated information at the speed of a 1 minute candle is what takes things to the next level. Having an understanding of what matters and when it matters allows one to filter out the noise and stress that price action can create. While my approach draws upon many aspects of trading, its execution and trade management become quite simplistic. Minimizing the noise once a trade has been executed allows for one to more quickly and accurately process the rapidly changing action in the markets.
I’m waiting to clear the landing page of the discord. Pls keep registrations open!
New here and I must have missed it .. where do I find the price for this course? TIA
