As mentioned in the weekly plan, some of the warning signs from last week’s plan played out. IWM 0.00%↑ in particularly was sold pretty hard and DIA 0.00%↑ went from relative strength to dangling by a thread. QQQ 0.00%↑ is the most constructive as of now but is still in range. SPY 0.00%↑ bulls have a chance to punish some late sellers from Friday, but if they don’t step up pretty quickly then I’ll have to exit some longs and flip short. I prefer higher first, but have no problem flipping short to find a more durable low if last week’s was insufficient to trigger the next leg up.
