SPX SPY ES for 2/16/24

If you’re more interested in swings make sure you are checking the swings channel in the discord as I have been posting setups I like. I don’t always have the bandwidth to trade them myself, but I know a number of you prefer to swing so I have started adding more into that room. Recent setups include INMD 0.00%↑ XLE 0.00%↑ DNA 0.00%↑ SEM 0.00%↑ PLTR 0.00%↑ AMC 0.00%↑ (yes, lol) SOFI 0.00%↑ RIVN 0.00%↑ BABA 0.00%↑ SLDP 0.00%↑ JETS 0.00%↑ have all been posted in the last 2 weeks. They haven’t all set up right away but if you keep the names on your radar and the trade triggers, they have worked quite well.

The HOOD example: Long the back test of the range break:

At least as of today, it appears that SPY 0.00%↑ is back to bidding the first support seen. The first setup for today was to hold a hold of 5011-5013. The overnight low was 5011 to the tick and the cash hours low was 5013.75. There is also something very important that we learned today (it isn’t the first time it has happened) which I will share below for some chuckles. The long setup from last night:

Here’s what we learned from this:

I was personally more interested in getting into the PLTR 0.00%↑ long posted in the Discord last night. XLE 0.00%↑ broke out today and there may be the back test entry available tomorrow. TSLA 0.00%↑ also broke out after having setup up with the sniper entry option from the original post for a second time. The bottoming sequence was never violated. The back test option may be available in the next few days. The original post can be seen HERE.

From that post (from 2/6) you can see that 181.22 was never violated on either 2/7 or 2/13:

Yesterday and today, it began reclaiming levels with only 187.05 giving it much trouble:
