Be sure you have read the Trading Doggy Style Starter Kit. I will be adding to this over time, likely first focusing on example executions. Trading Doggy Style Starter Kit. A recent update has been made with some additional content.
We have been adding UPS 0.00%↑ in the Discord after the newsletter post from December in the series “Is it Going to Zero?! We tagged our first target $130. We added to the position on the look below and fail year and the box we were working with. Note the 6-minute mark where both were discussed Is UPS Going to Zero?!
Our TLT 0.00%↑ has additionally continued to perform well and has taken out last week’s high. This brings the weekly timeframe to balance which is a major accomplishment fort buyers since the major selloff started in December.
In terms of SPY 0.00%↑ today we got quite the battle again. Bulls are in short term control but higher time frames are still controlled by sellers. Therefore we get two-way trading. Bulls ultimately held where they needed to which was 5965-5969 (5969 low of day).
This followed the look above and fail of yesterday’s high which was a planned short, and then a look above and fail of the IB high which was is always a valid short, just more likely to have range on some days as compared to others.
Both shorts were quite fruitful. Taking profits on the 69 hold and at least hedging with a long if not taking a long outright was wise.
We have now bled out after hours below today’s low so tomorrow’s open will be quite critical.
