In last night’s plan above the paywall I stated that yesterday’s action changed nothing materially. Many got extremely bullish after the overnight selloff was bought and we ripped all the way to 7020s on ES. However, we had identified that in the weekly plan as an effective range high. I didn’t mince words yesterday in the Discord:
The big weekly spot referenced on NQ was 25934-25946. This was identified as an area which could trigger a bearish sequence to take out last week’s low:
The overnight session certainly made it an elaborate LAAF, first testing the 26020-26039 range, but on a cash hours basis it was pretty clear. Note the difference between the full session and RTH only charts:
Just like yesterday’s high was not a place to be bullish, today’s low was not a place to be bearish:
Will we see continuation lower tomorrow or is the bottom in?
